Pensacola Florida Multifamily Investor Steve Kazella Buys Apartment Complexes here in Pensacola and throughout the Emerald Coast including Mobile Alabama / Mobile County, Baldwin County AL, Escambia County FL, Santa Rosa County FL, Okaloosa County FL, Walton County FL and Bay County Florida. I've been a resident of Northwest Florida since 2018, having relocated here with my family from Idaho to the Emerald Coast right outside of Fort Walton Beach, and now reside in Pensacola.

I've spent the last year starting a slow migration from my career of providing cell tower lease consulting services to commercial landlords, property owners and their attorneys at Tower Genius LLC where I've been a Managing Partner since 2017, to focus on acquiring, owning and operating Class-C and Class-B apartment complexes that fit my conservative underwriting and investment criteria, and provide the returns that our LPs expect on apartment syndications.
